1 (12.3 oz.) box Crispix Cereal
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
1 box powdered sugar

In pan or in microwave melt the butter, peanut butter and chocolate all together. Be careful not to melt at too high a temperature as chocolate might become grainy.

Put cereal in very large bowl. Pour chocolate mixture over the cereal and toss to coat the cereal. This is better if done with your hands very gently as stirring to much causes the cereal to crumble. After cereal is coated with chocolate start adding powdered sugar and continue tossing until all cereal is well coated, dry to the touch and mixture resembles puppy chow. Store in covered container in cool place.
