1 c. chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
8 c. Crispix cereal
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt together chocolate chips, butter and peanut butter. Pour mixture over cereal. Stir well to coat cereal. Put powdered sugar in brown paper bag. Pour coated cereal in bag, close and shake well. Store in airtight container.
