1 stick butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. chocolate chips
9 c. Rice Chex cereal

Melt butter, peanut butter, and chocolate chips together over low heat, stirring constantly. Add Rice Chex cereal to melted mixture. Mix well to completely coat cereal.

In large grocery bag, add 2 cups powdered sugar, pour in coated cereal. Shake well. Pour into large bowl.
