SALADA DI ANTIPASTO 
2 qts. mixed salad greens
1/2 lb. salami, cut into strips
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, cut into strips
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen artichoke hearts, cooked and drained
1 c. pitted ripe olives
1 med. tomato, cut into wedges
1/3 c. roasted red peppers, cut into strips
1 c. (8 oz.) Lite Italian dressing

In large salad bowl, arrange all ingredients except Italian dressing; cover and chill. Just before serving, toss with dressing. Serve, if desired, with Italian bread. Makes about 4 main dish servings or 8 side dish servings.
