TACO SALAD HORS D'OEUVRES 
2 (10 oz.) cans bean dip or can of refried beans with jalapenos
3 avocados, mashed with 2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 oz. sour cream mixed with 1/2 c. mayonnaise & 1/2 pkg. taco mix
8 oz. grated cheese (cheddar or Jack)
5 chopped green onions
4 oz. diced chilies
5 oz. chopped black olives
1 tomato, diced

Layer in order in 13"x9" pan. Serve with tortilla chips.
