CORN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1 can cream style corn
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. instant onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown.
