CORN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 (16 oz.) can cream corn
1 egg, beaten
12 Saltines, coarsely crumbled
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a casserole dish (not greased). Sprinkle top with 1/4 cup crumbled Saltine crackers (6) and 2 tablespoons melted butter. (I mix them together before putting on). Heat in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes until brown.
