BROCCOLI AND CORN CASSEROLE 
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
16 oz. can cream corn
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. coarsely rolled saltine crackers
2 tbsp. melted butter
Dash of salt and pepper
6 saltine crackers
1 tbsp. melted butter

Mix all except last 2 ingredients. Put into greased 1-quart casserole. Roll 6 saltines very fine and mix with butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake 35- 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
