1. PUNCH
(Use only 1 if using champagne - then may add 2nd). Serves 30 cups.

In large punch bowl, mix punch, ginger ale, orange juice and rum. Stir. Float scoops of sherbet on top.

Mix in large punch bowl.

Combine punch, juice drink, orange juice ... before serving, add ginger ale and Chablis or light rum, if desired. Garnish with ... and float in punch.

Combine, boil and cool. Unmold ice ring into punch bowl; add juices and liquor; add ginger ale. Yield: approximately 30 (6 ounce) servings.



Thaw frozen juices and mix all together. Serve cold.

Pour soda into large punch bowl. Add orange slices and sherbet. Pour rum to taste, 3/4 of bottle is all I use.

Soak pineapple and strawberries with ... in the dark rum or brandy for several hours ... ring in the punch bowl. This is potent! Serves 25 to 30.
