BROCCOLI-CORN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (cooked until just tender and drained)
1 lb. can yellow creamed corn
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 slice bread (crusts removed and broken up)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. butter

Mix all ingredients, place in casserole. Top with Parmesan cheese. If in a shallow pan, bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. If in a deep pan, bake about 1 hour.
