TOSTADA STYLE LASAGNE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 tsp. oregano, garlic and pepper
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
Cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans
8 lasagne noodles, cooked
4 c. white cheese
Shredded lettuce
Broken tortilla chips

Cook meat; add tomatoes, seasonings, and beans. Grease 9 x 13 inch casserole. Begin layering noodles, meat mixture and cheese ending with a nice layer of cheese on top. Bake uncovered 15 minutes. To serve cut in squares. Pass lettuce, chips and tomatoes to sprinkle on top.
