PICNIC POTATOES 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1 stick melted butter
1/2 to 3/4 c. diced onions
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream celery or chicken soup
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients and put in 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes until lightly toasted on top.

This is a really good recipe. I have prepared these many of times and everyone loves them. I have used the frozen hash browns with the peppers and onions already added and put bread crumbs on top. Sooo delicious!
