PICNIC PARTY POTATO SALAD | |
2 1/2 lbs. potatoes 1/2 c. sliced green onions 1/4 c. Italian dressing 1/2 c. salad dressing 2 tbsp. mustard 1 tsp. salt 1 c. sliced celery 3 hard-boiled eggs 1/4 c. chopped sweet pickle Cook potatoes. Cut to size. Add onions and Italian dressing. Toss to cover and let chill for at least 1 hour. Combine salad dressing, mustard, and salt. Pour over potatoes. Toss to cool. Add celery, egg, and pickle. Toss lightly. Mold, if desired. |
