MONTANA CORNBREAD | |
1 c. white flour 1 c. wheat flour 1 c. cornmeal 1/2 c. honey 2 tbsp. melted butter 2 eggs or 3 egg whites 2 c. milk 2 tbsp. baking powder Beat all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees or until done (light brown). DO NOT OVERBAKE. |
