SALSICCIA ALLA RIGATONI 
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 can (28 oz.) tomatoes
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 pkg. (12 oz.) rigatoni

Remove sausage from casing. Brown with onion and garlic. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, oil and parsley. Bring to boil. Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes. Cook rigatoni. Serve with sauce.
