SALSICCIA ALLA RIGATONI 
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 (12 oz.) rigatoni (noodles)

Remove sausage from casing, brown with onion and garlic. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, oil, and parsley. Bring to boil, simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes. Cook rigatoni as directed. Serve with sauce. Makes 6 servings.
