RIGATONI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger or sausage
1 med. chopped onion
1-2 cloves chopped garlic
28 oz. canned tomatoes
7 oz. tomato sauce
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. leaf oregano
1 chopped red pepper
1 chopped green pepper
8 oz. rigatoni
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese (shredded or slices)

Cook meat in large saucepan. Remove and set aside. Brown onions and garlic in grease in pan. Drain off grease. Return cooked meat along with tomatoes (and juice), tomato sauce, spices and peppers. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer at reduced heat 1 minute.
