RIGATONI AND MEAT SAUCE 
1 lb. rigatoni
1 chopped onion
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. pork sausage
1 clove garlic
4 tbsp. (or slightly less) oil
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 c. mushrooms

Brown meat, onion, and garlic in oil over low heat. Add pureed tomatoes and tomato paste. Add parsley, seasoning, and mushrooms. Simmer 35-40 minutes. Add water if too thick.

Pour over cooked rigatoni. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
