BAKED SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
24 lg. shrimp
1 lb. scallops
1 can cream of shrimp soup
Durkee broiled steak seasoning
2/3 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Pepper

In 12-inch diameter round x 2inch Corning Ware or 8x13 inch Pyrex baking dish, arrange alternate rings of shrimp (deveined and split) and scallops. Sprinkle seasoning over seafood. Pour 1/2 to 1 can shrimp soup between rows of seafood. Do not cover tops. Cover entire dish with approximately 1 to 1 1/3 cup stuffing mix (no large chunks!). Drizzle 2/3 cup butter over stuffing mix. Microwave 8-10 minutes on high; or bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
