QUICK SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 (4 oz.) can shrimp
1 (4 oz.) can clams (or crab or oysters)
1 c. fresh cooked fish (or small can salmon)
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green peppers, chopped (optional)
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour

Saute onions, celery, peppers in butter, blend in flour. Add milk to make thick sauce. Add Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce if desired. Combine all ingredients in casserole dish, top with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 325 degrees until lightly brown and bubbly. Note: Drain all seafood.
