RIGATONI 
1 lb. hot Italian sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 pkg. Rigatoni noodles
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
30 oz. tomato sauce
Large can mushrooms, drained
Italian seasoning to taste
1 tsp. oregano
Pinch of basil
Bay leaf
Parsley
Pkg. pepperoni

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown sausage, onion, and green pepper. Cook rigatoni per instructions on package. Mix all of the above with tomato sauce, mushrooms, seasonings, and pepperoni.

Top with grated Mozzarella cheese. Bake for 1/2 hour.
