RIGATONI 
1 lb. rigatoni, cooked
1 lb. Italian sausage, browned & sliced
Onions & green peppers, to taste
15 oz. ricotta cheese
32 oz. spaghetti sauce
15 oz. tomato sauce
6 oz. tomato paste
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

Mix together the rigatoni, Italian sausage, onions, green pepper and ricotta cheese. Mix together spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, tomato paste and the seasonings. Mix the Mozzarella and the Parmesan.

Layer half the sauce in a large casserole. Put half the rigatoni mix and half the cheese on top. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
