RIGATONI WITH PESTO SAUCE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Rigatoni macaroni
2 c. firmly packed fresh basil leaves
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. pine nuts
4 cloves garlic

Cook rigatoni. Meanwhile place all other ingredients in blender. Blend on medium speed, stopping blender to scrape sides, until smooth about 3 minutes. Pour over rigatoni. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
