RIGATONI 
Rigatoni noodles
Ragu sauce
Approximately 1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. can mushrooms
A little diced onion
Salt and pepper
Mozzarella cheese

Line any size pan with Rigatoni noodles to determine how many noodles it takes to cover bottom of pan. Pour noodles into boiling water and cook for 20 minutes. Drain and rinse noodles with cold water. Put noodles in bottom of baking pan and spread evenly. Add Ragu sauce, browned hamburger, mushrooms, onion, and salt and pepper. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Cover top completely with Mozzarella sheets. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
