THREE CHEESE RIGATONI 
1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) rigatoni
8 oz. mozzarella, thinly sliced
1 jar (about 4 oz.) Parmesan cheese
15 oz. container ricotta
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 qt. spaghetti sauce, home made or Ragu

Cook rigatoni following package directions. Drain and place in large bowl. Add half the mozzarella slices, half the spaghetti sauce and all the remaining ingredients to the rigatoni; mix well and place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Top mixture with remaining sauce and mozzarella slices and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until heated through and sauce bubbles. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.
