THREE-CHEESE BALLS 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. crumbled Roquefort cheese
1 (5 oz.) hickory smoked flavor cheese spread
2 tbsp. whipping cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. stuffed olives, minced
2 tbsp. minced parsley
Shredded lettuce
Caraway seed (opt.)
Stuffed olive slices

In food processor combine cheeses and cream. Process until smooth. Add Worcestershire, onion, olives and parsley. Mix well. Cover, chill overnight. Arrange lettuce along bottom of serving bowl. Shortly before serving, shape cheese mixture into ball. Place on top of lettuce. Sprinkle with caraway seeds. Garnish with olive slices.
