SALMON BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke (optional)
1/8 tsp. dill weed
Dash of salt, pepper & garlic powder
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red (or pink) salmon
3 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

In a small mixer bowl at medium speed. Beat cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, smoke, dillweed, salt, pepper and garlic powder until well mixed. Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bone.

Beat into cheese mixture at low speed until well blended. Chill until firm enough to handle. Shape into ball with wet hands. Pat surface with parsley and nut mixture. Cover and chill. Serve with crackers.
