WHOLE WHEAT BANANA BREAD 
2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. honey
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine flour, wheat germ, baking soda in large bowl. Combine banana, oil, honey, eggs, and vanilla in a blender. Blend until well mixed. Add wet to dry. Stir until moist. Spoon batter into pan, 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
