2 - 2 1/2 pounds pork chops, spare ribs, pork steaks, country ribs or any pork cut in strips. Place meat in large frying pan. Brown meat on all sides using oil only if necessary. Add sauce to pan of browned meat. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer, cover pan and cook at simmer for 45 minutes. Turn meat once during cooking time. SAUCE: 2 tbsp. soy sauce 3 tbsp. vinegar 4 tbsp. sugar 5 tbsp. orange juice Mix together in bowl. I like to double the sauce recipe. |
