BROCCOLI SOUFFLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
3 eggs, well beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Miracle Whip
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli until tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Drain dry. Mix together all ingredients gently and bake at 350 degrees.
