BROCCOLI SOUFFLE | |
1/4 c. chopped onion, sauteed in 6 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. flour, mixed with 1/2 c. water Cook together until thick. Blend in 1 (8 ounce) jar Cheese Whiz, 2 packages frozen, chopped broccoli (thawed and drained), and 3 eggs (well beaten). Mix all together and top with 1/2 cup cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 1 1/2 quarts - 8 portions. |
