CHICKEN BREASTS WITH CHIPPED
BEEF & BACON
 
Layer bottom of baking dish with single pieces of chipped beef. Wrap each piece of chicken breast completely in bacon (1 or 2 strips). Place on top of beef.

Mix together: 1 sm. container sour cream

Spread over chicken. Cover dish with aluminum foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Take foil off and top with shredded Colby cheese and mushroom pieces. Continue to bake for 1 more hour. The cheese and mushrooms are optional.
