BACON MAC AND CHEESE BURGER
CASSEROLE
 
6 to 8 hamburger patties, fresh or frozen
2 boxes Macaroni and Cheese
8 slices thick sliced bacon
8 slices cheese of your choice (optional)

Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook patties in oven or grill.

While the patties cook, prepare macaroni and cheese according to directions on box.

Cut bacon into 1-inch pieces and fry. Drain.

Add bacon to the macaroni & cheese and stir. Pour into 9x13-inch baking pan. Top with patties (they may over-lap).

Bake for 30 minutes.

If you use cheese slices, put them on top of the casserole at this point and put back in the oven for 5 minutes.
