BACON AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1/4 lb. wide noodles
3 eggs
3 c. milk
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
4 slices bacon, cut lengthwise in narrow strips

Cook noodles in boiling water for 20 minutes. Drain and put into a casserole dish. Beat eggs slightly. Add milk, mustard, salt, paprika and Worcestershire sauce to eggs. Pour over noodles, lifting and mixing sauce and noodles. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with bacon strips. Bake in a 350°F oven for 40 minutes or until firm. Test with a butter knife - when casserole is done, knife inserted in center will come out clean.
