CHEESE, TOMATO, BACON CASSEROLE 
2 c. macaroni
1/2 lb. bacon, cut up
1 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
1 qt. canned tomatoes
1 1/2 c. grated cheese (Colby or cheddar)

Cook macaroni with 1/2 teaspoon salt until tender. Fry bacon; drain off fat. Mix together macaroni, bacon, Velveeta cheese and tomatoes. Place in greased casserole. Top with grated cheese and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. 10 to 12 servings.
