PRALINE-PEACH COBBLER | |
1 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 c. finely chopped pecans 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1/2 c. butter, melted 2 cans (29 oz.) sliced peaches, drained 2 tsp. cinnamon-sugar 1 c. Bisquick mix 1 c. sugar 1 c. milk Heat oven to 350°F. Spray rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inches, with cooking spray. Stir together graham cracker crumbs, pecans, brown sugar and butter in medium bowl. Press evenly in bottom of pan. Arrange peaches over crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Stir together Bisquick mix, sugar and milk in medium bowl. Pour over peaches. Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until edges are deep golden brown and center is slightly brown. Serve warm. Store covered in refrigerator. Makes 12 servings. |
