PUNCH BOWL CAKE 
2 sm. pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 qts. strawberries
6 pkgs. (6 oz.) frozen coconut
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 c. chopped nuts
3 lg. bananas, dip in pineapple juice
1 box cake mix (white or yellow)

Make cake layers according to directions, making 3 layers instead of 2. Bake about 20 minutes. Let cool. Make pudding according to directions. Place layer in bottom of punch bowl. Cover with 1/3 of each strawberries, bananas, pineapple, coconut, nuts and pudding mix. Then Cool Whip. Repeat with the remaining 2 cake layers, ending with Cool Whip top. You can use any fruits you desire.
