ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 c. grated Mozzarella
1 c. grated Parmesan
1 can artichoke hearts (not marinated), 8 oz.
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 c. mayonnaise
(Optional: 2 drops Worcestershire)

Drain moisture from artichoke hearts. Cut hearts into tiny pieces. Mix all ingredients together and put in pie plate. Heat 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees (or 7-8 minutes in microwave). Serve with crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
