ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack
1 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
1/8 tsp. salt
1 can non-marinated artichoke hearts
Grated Parmesan cheese

Cut artichoke hearts into small pieces. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Spread into round 10" baking dish. Cover top with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until brown and bubbly. Serve: spoon onto your favorite crackers. I use butterfly crackers.
