| HOT ARTICHOKE SPREAD | |

2 cans of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. Parmesan cheese 1/4 c. bread crumbs 2 or 3 tbsp. minced onion 1/4 pkg. of dry HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch party dip 2 or 3 shakes of ground red pepper A pinch of sweet basil Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl. Put into (2) two liter casserole dish and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. (This dish can also be microwaved). Serve hot with crackers it's delicious! | |
