2 jars marinated artichoke hearts partially drained & chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 can chopped green chilis

Stir ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serve hot as a spread with crackers.
