ARTICHOKE CHEESE SPREAD 
1 can artichoke hearts (drained)
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 onion, chopped
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. fine bread crumbs

Mash artichoke hearts and mix with next four ingredients. Press into a pie plate. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Pat with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
