ARTICHOKE SPREAD DIP | |
1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 1/2 to 2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese, shredded 2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and cut up 2 tsp. garlic powder Mix. Put in small casserole dish. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Great with crackers or chips!! |
