ARTICHOKE SPREAD | |
1 (6 oz.) jar artichoke hearts, chopped 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 lg. clove garlic, minced Combine all ingredients. Put in ungreased baking dish (1/2 quart size). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve hot with crackers. Makes 1 cup spread. Can be served warm or cold. |
