ARTICHOKE SPREAD 
1 can artichoke hearts, packed in water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) ball Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Garlic salt and parsley to taste

Mix above ingredients together and spread in a shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot on Waverly crackers.
