ARTICHOKE SPREAD 
1 can artichokes, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. Parmesan cheese
2 c. mayo

Mix all together and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes or microwave on medium/high for 10 minutes. Serve with taco chips or spread on crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
