ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, not marinated
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. garlic salt
Chopped fresh parsley

Drain and coarsely chop the artichokes. Combine cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic salt. Fold in artichokes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with assorted crackers.
