ARTICHOKE-CHILI PEPPER DIP 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lg. can artichoke hearts
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can diced chili peppers

Drain artichoke hearts and chili peppers. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and place in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
