“AUNT NAN'S CHEESY POTATOES” IS IN:

AUNT NAN'S CHEESY POTATOES 
2 lb. frozen, cubed hash browns
1/2 cup butter
1 can cream soup
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 cup milk
8 oz. shredded Cheddar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients well and spread into casserole. Bake at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until bubbly and browned.

I use the O'Brian style hash browns (with onions and peppers) for extra flavor and have found that the butter is not necessary. Other than that these are fantastic, my family always requests that I bring them for holidays!

Been making this for years with my own little twist. Cream of chicken, 8 oz. cheese in the casserole and 8 oz. on top, along with some corn flakes to finish it off. Thanks for the awesome recipe!
