Been making this for years with my own little twist. Cream of chicken, 8 oz. cheese in the casserole and 8 oz. on top, along with some corn flakes to finish it off. Thanks for the awesome recipe!

I use the O'Brian style hash browns (with onions and peppers) for extra flavor and have found that the butter is not necessary. Other than that these are fantastic, my family always requests that I bring them for holidays!

This is the recipe I always go to when I want cheesy potatoes. I usually add more cheese than it calls for, but that's just me :)

This is an awesome dish. I melt butter and crumble ritz crackers in the melted butter and put it over the top of the dish before baking. AMAZINGLY good!

Perfect hit at my party!

Even better with: Bacon, Roasted Jalapeno and Garlic!!!

Can you make this ahead of time and freeze it?

By far the BEST cheesy potato recipe ever!!! I add sauteed onions to mine too.

I add egg and sausage to it and serve it as a breakfast.
